Return Process

  Log into your Toptool account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
